OUR team has extensive knowledge on handling credit bureaus,
creditors, credit bureaus, and collectors. They are
used to using the laws they (creditors, collectors and credit
bureaus) neglect , abuse and improperly use against you. Creditors,
collection agencies, and credit bureaus not used to firm like
us representing you and having it turned on them. Other companies
like ours do not give you direct support to stop the calls and letters, to
learn and use the laws that were written to protect you and get items off
. The laws are clearly stated the that the burden of proof are on them NOT
YOU. They hang up on us, and change from being pompous and
abusive to very very humble when they are facing civil code
violations and fined when we help our clients take them to court.
Updates from all entities are required to be sent by law by
30 days. Sometimes you will not recieve anything. We need to know that so
we can send a "non response" communication. Since we wont be
getting the results of our work YOU have to communicate to us what is
happeing. Since our service is email based you need to contact us
every 30 days to let us know how things are going even if you
don't get anything! Call anytime but we must have an email from
you every thirty days. This lets us know what information you may have
gotten that we don't know about. This way our disputes are pinpoint during
the next round. If you don't do this our agreement is void.
We are not a credit repair company. They send form letters, doing
little to all the factors that will improve your likelyhood of getting
approved by a lender.
