Does Credit Repair Really Work?
Absolutely! We use a proven
computer-based process to quickly and legally remove up to 80% of the
negative information from your credit report. We've helped hundreds of
people just like you bring their credit scores back to life again.

Is Credit Repair Legal?
Credit restoration and repair is as
legal as pleading"not guilty" in a court of law. Disputing
your credit report is your right, according to The Fair Credit
Reporting Act. It is completely legal and permissible for our company
to dispute information on your credit report and legally assist in
having your credit repaired. Not all "credit repairing
myths" are true. Remember, your creditors and the credit bureaus
may not want you to know the truth about your rights concerning them.

Why Pay for Credit Repair?
Because sometimes, only a
professional can help. Health problems require a doctor. Legal
problems take a lawyer. Tax problems need an accountant. We have spent
years (since 1988) studying the way the credit bureaus track and
record information about you. We've learned how to use their own rules
to dramatically improve your credit score! Let our professionals help
you!

Is There A Guarantee?
Because
of our tremendous confidence in the integrity of our credit repair
system, we can guarantee that if your credit score does not improve
after we have completed our process, we will refund your money 100%,
no questions asked!
In compliance with Federal law, fees
are held in an escrow account for 21 days after receipt. We welcome
inquiries about this procedure. Contact
Us.
Buyer beware! If anyone guarantees
that they can remove all negative information from your credit
reports, they are out to take your money! Dishonest companies like
these tarnish the reputation of good companies who truly know how to
assist you with disputing inaccurate, unverifiable, misleading, and
out of date information.
We cannot guarantee that all items
disputed will be eliminated. However, our success rate is extremely
high. Why? Because the credit bureaus handle enormous amounts of
information every day and they use a filing system that is very basic
and ridden with many errors. Since the bureaus have made so many
mistakes in the past, Federal Laws regarding credit information are
heavily weighted in favor of the consumer. Plus, we know what to ask
for and how to ask for it!

Can I Restore or Repair My Own Credit?
Given the proper tools, training, and
experience, you can do anything. In a court of law, you have the right
to represent yourself. But most people choose to be represented by an
attorney because of their understanding of the law.
HelpMyCreditScore.com understands your rights when disputing your
personal credit files, but most of all, we too understand the law
concerning those rights.

If I Pay Off My Bills, Will it
Restore or Repair My Credit?
You would think that would be true.
It just doesn't work that way. When you pay off an old debt, the
negative credit listing doesn't disappear. In fact, it starts the 7
year clock all over again with a new credit listing. What's even worse
is that a paid negative listing is not any better than an unpaid
negative listing. This is one of the areas where we can often help!

Why Should I Choose
HelpMyCreditScore.com?
When using the credit bureaus' own
methods of disputing your credit files, you are not truly provided
with enough information to dispute your case competently. Many credit
bureaus will offer 4 to 6 ways of disputing your information. Our
office provides more than 50 ways your information can be questioned
and disputed. We have learned what to ask for and how to present a
more complete statement when disputing your information.

How Long Does it Take for Disputed
Information to be Investigated?
If you are not educated to properly
dispute your credit files, it could take a very long time before you
can truly see some good results. With our services, we will
investigate your files for dispute within 3 to 7 business days of
receiving them. We then mail your files with disputes noted to the
bureaus for their investigation. By law, the bureaus have 30 days to
perform their own investigation. This investigation period can be
extended by 15 days if the bureau received relevant information within
the initial 30 days.

Can A Deleted Item Reappear on My
Credit Report?
It's possible. We call this a
"soft delete." It's usually a negative listing that was
recently deleted but eventually verified by the creditor. However, due
to the new Fair Credit Reporting Act, the credit bureau must inform
you before the previously deleted listing is reported again. The FCRA
also makes it more difficult for credit bureaus to re-report
previously deleted listings. Now, because of these new laws, it is
rare for a "soft delete" to occur.

How Often Should I Review My Credit
Files?
We believe it is important to review
your personal credit files at least once a year. You should review
reports from all of the credit bureaus. Remember, credit fraud is
increasing at an alarming rate. Plus, with common errors made on
credit files these days, it is very important to know what the bureaus
are saying about you!
