To give you a general idea of just a few things we do that gets results,
here is a point by point checklist that covers the basics to raise your
score:
- Derogatory items that are in error that you have
proof of , a letter that says explicitly
"this item will be deleted" on the creditors letterhead and
HAS to be signed (if they say they cant, its against
the law and they HAVE to sign it).
- Items that are reporting derogatory but are
duplicated on your reports . Also, it may report the
same account with two different results say a late payment on one
account and then another reporting of the same account with a charge off
status. Only one is legally allowed to be reported but unless someone
doesn't point it out to them they let it slide. If the item is totally
false then both ahve to be deleted immediately.
- Balances not reported correctly . If your
report shows you were recently over your limit your score drops
incredibly. checking to make sure your balances show as low as possible
helps get your scores up If you are over your limits or close and
have extra cash, pay down your debt and immediately dispute the
accounts.
- DON'T close unused accounts, even if a typical loan person
tells you to . Why? they are guessing and unless
they have had a career in analyzing the credit score matrix they are
hurting you. You need to keep a certain amount of accounts open and you
never close your oldest account because it affects your
"depth" part of their equation.
- Make sure accounts that were recently paid off are
showing paid off . Sometimes it takes months till a loan shows
on all 3 reports its paid off so don't assume its paid till you see
its showing paid.
- Pay accounts that aren't yours if they show negative on
your report .

This last one I know you are going "WHAT?" Well by
negotiating with the creditor that owns it and having it deleted under a
"no conteste" rule you get it off your report and save yourself
having to pay higher rates and fees on your mortgage because of sticking
with the lower score . Otherwise it would take too long to
dispute using regular channels because you need your loan to close in
the next few weeks. The rule? if it is less to pay it than pay
the price in higher interest and fees the bad item on your credit report is
causing then pay it and fight it later(in some cases you can sue the
creditor in small claims court to get your money back AND collect over $1000
in damages for errors they made on your reports). So whatever
the cost of the item or even more depending on how bad its affecting your
approval..........then pay it IF you get a deletion letter and put your ego
aside to make money.
Remember these are examples and we cover more than just these
areas.

After enrolling in our service you will fax us current copies of
your credit reports and financial information important that relate to
improving your buying power , we'll show you how to get them
instantly, indicating which items you consider inaccurate, misleading, or
unverifiable. HelpMyCreditScore.com will dispute those items. We will
also contact you lender to make sure you are looking in your best light to
them.
Once the credit bureaus have processed your first round of disputes, they
will send you updated copies of your credit reports. Additionally; creditors
,other banks, trusts, insurance companies and other appropriate entities
that affect your loan financial protfolio will send correspondence to you as
well. Simply forward the updated reports to us and include any other
correspondence you receive from them.
Whenever we receive your updated reports, we will document the
progress and initiate the next round of disputes, thus gradually working
through the entire list of negative items on your credit reports.
Please note that we will generally not dispute all negative items
simultaneously. Doing so would raise flags with the credit bureaus who
monitor dispute letters to determine which ones they can ignore by
exploiting loopholes in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (see FCRA
for more information).One such loophole allows the credit bureaus to deem a
dispute letter "frivolous or irrelevant", effectively giving them
the right to ignore the request and stall the dispute process indefinitely.

Updates from all entities are required to be sent by law by
30 days. Sometimes you will not recieve anything. We need to know that so
we can send a "non response" communication. Since we wont be
getting the results of our work YOU have to communicate to us what is
happeing. Since our service is email based you need to contact us
every 30 days to let us know how things are going even if you
don't get anything! Call anytime but we must have an email from
you every thirty days. This lets us know what information you may have
gotten that we don't know about. This way our disputes are pinpoint during
the next round. If you don't do this our agreement is void.
We are not a credit repair company. They send form letters, doing
little to all the factors that will improve your likelyhood of getting

with ceast and desist/debt validation letters, review and get

you can get deleted off that you might not imagine and implement other

Guarantee terms- We offer a
guarantee but it is under the premise of your complete compliance of the
above during the time it takes to get the work done. If you do not fulfill
your part or the information you provided is not correct or the other
parties have not complied with federal law then you will hold us harmless.
Furthermore you agree that any refund request has to be in writing to us
directly first. We have 30 days to review and respond. If we feel your
case merits a refund it will be minus an administrative fee of $100.
If we feel your claim does not warrant a refund and we both are at an
impasse then we both agree to binding arbitration as our sole remedy.
Canceling payment in any form is considered litigious and applicable to
court action and you agree to pay our legal fess to pursue our rights even
if later we are ordered through arbitration to give any portion back.
Arbitration will be handled by the American Arbitration Counsel in
Wilmington, DE. By making payment you acknowledge you are entering into a
contract for personal lifestyle consulting and agree to the terms and
conditions above .
